Directory browsing

This website provides public business information and links to independent medical practices. Directory filtering runs in your browser. Search terms entered from the homepage appear in the directory page URL and may be included in ordinary hosting logs. Do not enter private medical information into the search box.

Contact enquiries

The real estate contact form is provided by Google Forms and managed by FIP Realty Services LLC. It asks for your name, email address, telephone number and whether you are a broker. Information you submit is handled by the form owner for your enquiry. Google processes the form under its own privacy terms.

The medical office enquiry builder opens your email app with an editable draft. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email.

External services

Practice websites, Google Maps and Google Forms have their own privacy policies. Opening those links or loading the embedded form connects your browser to those services. The property history page includes a YouTube video that connects to YouTube only when you choose to load its player. YouTube processes playback under its own privacy terms. No advertising pixels are installed on this site. The hosting service may maintain technical logs needed to operate the website.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you select Allow analytics. Collection is limited to the general property and office pages listed below. We do not send data before consent or after analytics is declined. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected.

The measurement plan is limited to the homepage, building overview, property history and medical office space pages. Directory, practice, specialty, visit, contact and other pages are excluded. Pages with query strings or URL fragments are excluded entirely. We do not measure searches, forms, outbound practice links, appointment activity or video interactions.

When measurement is enabled and you allow it, the site sends one deliberate page view using a fixed page address and title. Referrers, search terms, campaign parameters, personal information and user account IDs are not supplied. Google may process your IP address, browser and device information and a pseudonymous analytics cookie. The analytics cookie is limited to 24 hours; your consent preference is stored locally for up to 180 days. Consent does not enable Google signals, personalized advertising or user-provided data collection. See Google’s privacy policy.

Medical requests

For appointments, medical records and other patient matters, contact your practice using its official channels. This website’s brokerage form is for real estate and business enquiries.
